Building on our impact as a

Certified B Corporation™

We spent nearly 14 weeks working with charities & NGOS to achieve globally significant objectives…

We worked with organisations of purpose for 56 days including social enterprises & CICs...

We helped 22 positive impact organisations run in-person, hybrid & virtual programmes...

We gave 58 hours of pro-bono support to great causes via free of charge coaching & consultancy...

... as part of our mission to...

challenge and change the way purposeful organisations think, learn and thrive.

As a Certified B Corporation™, I am encouraged to measure the meaningful impact of my work, and that of the wider WLTA team, through published key performance indicators (KPI). Our key KPI is the hours worked per year with charities, NGOs and organisations of purpose, in addition to the time spent on pro-bono consultancy and coaching. Whilst our key KPI is -8.6% in comparison to 2021, I remain proud of the impact made in 2022.

So, why the change?

2022 was a year of consolidation and re-commitment to an incredible pool of existing clients. This shows up in the significant increase in the time spent working with social enterprises and CICs year-on-year. The flip side of spending longer with this lovely bunch of humans, is that there has been less time to dedicate to pro-bono work.

Those of you who already know me, will know that giving back to my communities through free-of-charge services is really important to me. But, honestly, we’re operating a small business in a capitalist system here! This means there will be times when it’s necessary to prioritise revenue generating activities, to re-invest into the future of Learning to Achieve.

2022 has given the business and our clients a great foundation for future growth. And by growth, I’m not just talking about the balance sheet. The next twelve months, and beyond, are going to be filled with collective action for positive change, creative and curious collaboration, and plenty of personal and collective growth. All thanks to those we had the privilege of working with in 2022.
