The fresh and experiential learning we facilitate and promote at Learning to Achieve, is ideal for supporting young people transitioning from education into their careers. Collaborating with Working Knowledge we deliver 4-6 week intensive courses designed to safely navigate young people into year-long apprenticeship programmes.
A fantastic social enterprise, we learn a great deal from our work with Working Knowledge. Working with young people inspires ‘out the box’ thinking and so our events and courses have to be delivered in engaging and unusual ways.
Working to bring businesses and young people together, we often facilitate events with around 200 attendees, working as much with business as with developing employability skills and attitudes in the young people we support.
Grow your own talent
Alongside working with young people, we are also working towards changing the attitudes of many businesses towards young people. Employing young people can be a very rewarding way to develop your business; tapping into a wealth of extremely talented individuals, who with a little confidence and planning, can add real value in the work that they do.
